K is for Kegels

Kegel (or pelvic floor) exercises are commonly practiced to help improve bladder control, and sexual pleasure/performance in both men and women.

The exercises involve identifying the correct muscle, the pubococcygeus muscle (same contraction that is used trying to stop urination midstream), then tightening and holding it.

Weighted kegel balls are available for women who really want a rock solid vag.
