O is for Orgasm Denial

Orgasm Denial (aka. Erotic sexual denial) is the sexual practice of keeping a person in a heightened state of sexual arousal for an extended period of time WITHOUT ORGASM.

Orgasm denial is commonly practiced as a form of erotic power and control.  It can also be used as a training tool for increasing tolerance to specific stimulation and for learning how to control your orgasm, or come on demand.

There are many ways to practice orgasm denial using methods to restrict or prevent genital stimulation.  Chastity devices, for example, can be used to completely restrict genital contact.
